REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Each garment is made to order and printed by myself. All sales are final and we am unable to provide refund or exchange if you change your mind or are unhappy with the size. However, I will provide a refund if the item is faulty. You must retain proof of postage. The garment must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

Please take note of sizing charts provided in product descriptions to ensure you choose the correct size.
- Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, colour or fabrics.
CARE
Please follow care instructions to ensure designs stay in good condition and the printed designs do not fade/run. We are not responsible if your design fade/runs if the correct care was not followed.
Care instructions;
- Machine washable; COLD WASH ONLY
- Wash garment inside out
- Iron low heat
- Do not hand wash
- Do not dry clean
- Do not soak
DELIVERY
It takes time and effort to make each garment to ensure they are of high quality. Each piece is made to order so please allow between 3-4 weeks from ordering for me to make and send your orders to you. International may take longer.

Pickup; You must be able to pickup from Brunswick West, VIC (use code ‘PICKUP’ at checkout)
- Rush orders are available in some circumstances, to see if we can help you please contact us. An additional $15 fee applies

We are not responsible for lost packages via post with Australia and International. We are not responsible for customs fees.
